Predictors of the two continua of mental health for young and middle-aged adults

This dataset was collected in a 2017 survey of 458 young-adult and middle-aged adult Australians. It contains responses related to risk and protective factors for mental illness and mental wellbeing, as well as demographic information about the participants.
