Olivia is an implementation science research fellow with the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation (AusHSI). Olivia has extensive experience in the mental health sector over the past 20 years in clinical, health promotion, community development, employment, teaching and research roles. Her mental health research focuses on protective factors which may play a role in prevention of depression and anxiety disorders and promotion of mental wellbeing.

Olivia leads the working group developing the Engaging Health Consumers in Research advisory panel, training and resources for the Centre for Healthcare Transformation. Olivia's research interests include consumer engagement in research, implementation science, mental illness prevention, mental wellbeing, and the social and emotional determinants of health.
