Data contained in the research paper "Changes in retinal optical coherence tomography angiography indices over 24 hours" accepted in IOVS are present within the article. OCT-A indices for the two retinal slabs including superficial retinal and deep retinal layer along with other ocular and systemic measurements were extracted at 7 sessions measured over 4 hours every 24 hours.
The OCT-A indices include vessel density, perfusion density, FAZ area and perimeter for the foveal, parafoveal and perifoveal regions of superficial retinal and deep retinal layer.
Ocular and systemic measurements include axial length, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, mean keratometry, blood pressure, ocular perfusion pressure and retinal thickness.
