This data collection contains raw output from a linked-evidence model that determines the number of severe haemolysis events and P. vivax recurrences within 6 months of treatment for three scenrios: 1) low-dose primaquine (PQ) provided to all patients (baseline), 2) low-dose PQ for patients who test G6PD-normal, and 3) intermediate-dose PQ for patients who test G6PD-normal.
