de Felippes FF, Shand K and Waterhouse PM (2022) Identification of a Transferrable Terminator Element That Inhibits Small RNA Production and Improves Transgene Expression Levels. Front. Plant Sci. 13:877793. http://dx.doi.org/10.3389/fpls.2022.877793.
The paper describes the identification and characterisation of a new plant element that is involved with the superior performance of the HSP18.2 terminator when driving the expression of transgenes. This element acts by decreasing transcriptional read-through and small RNA generation.
Data has been divided into primary folders labelled to reflect the figures where it is represented. In the case where multiple figure panels are present or multiple datasets were used in conjunction, these folders are further sub-divided and labelled accordingly. Data folders include original images, raw sequencing data, RT-qPCR raw and worked values, GFP quantification data, sRNA blots and RT-PCR gels.
