This research data set includes a computational modelling and visulation dataset for the three-dimensional (3-D) meshfree-based computational model developed to investigate stress-strain-time relationships of plant cells during drying. The subsequent results have been published in the Open Access journal (PLOS ONE) article titled 'A three-dimensional (3-D) meshfree-based computational model to investigate stressstrain-time relationships of plant cells during drying'.
