Green bean modelling

This dataset relates to an exploratory look at predicting growth duration of green beans by using statistical methods. With knowledge of agronomy and using openly available weather data, we derived a set of agro-meteorological variables that were used to predict the length of growing seasons, in days, to assist in harvest planning. The beans were grown for the fresh weight bean product and were mechanically harvested.
