Dr Thomas ('Tom') Cole-Hunter is currently an Advisor to the WHO Asia-Pacific Centre for Environment and Health (ACE), a Research Fellow at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a Visiting Fellow at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia.
Tom has worked for nearly a decade in studies focused on air quality, physical activity, energy, waste and health. His international experience includes work directly with the European Commission, National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC; Australia), and National Institutes of Health (NIH; USA).
He is currently supported by a fellowship from the Centre for Air pollution, energy and health Research (CAR), a NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence.
