Dr Lum is a clinical pharmacist and health services researcher, with extensive multi-national experience in the healthcare sector.  In collaboration with inter-disciplinary colleagues, her work in Australia has changed hospital practice in the areas of medication management, medication safety, patient safety, and the training/education of health practitioners and safe prescribers — doctors, pharmacists, nurses, physician assistants, physiotherapists.
