Cosmesis measurements made on Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis patients

The Biomechanics and Spine Research Group has a large database of 3D surface scans of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis patients treated at the Queensland Children's Hospital. The database was started in 2017 and data collection is ongoing.
A subset of pre-op scans was used to validate a semi-automated cosmesis measurement tool in which 5 key cosmetic features (shoulder asymmetry, scapula asymmetry, hip asymmetry, torso rotation and head-pelvis shift) can be measured from a patient's scan. This dataset is the entirety of the measurement results done for the purpose of intra and iter-user reliability assessments of the algorithm.
