Dr Susanna Cramb

Susanna is a Senior Research Fellow at Queensland University of Technology. As a biostatistician and epidemiologist, Susanna’s research focus is on investigating differences in chronic disease outcomes based on where people live, with a particular interest in survival disparities. Her work has directly informed government policy aimed at reducing cancer inequalities based on residential location.
Susanna also holds honorary appointments at Menzies School of Health Research (Charles Darwin University), Sydney School of Public Health (University of Sydney) and the Australian National University. Susanna was appointed a Superstar of STEM by Science and Technology Australia (2019/2020 cohort) and a Queensland Young Tall Poppy by the Australian Institute of Policy and Science in 2020.
