Mouse xenographic tumour data

The Computational Environment for Radiotherapy (CERR), a MATLAB-based toolkit, is a file used for dose visualization and volume contouring for DVH analysis for mouse irradiations. This data set (in CERR) is for the dose distribution of a mouse with a xenographic tumour irradiated with a novel irradiation system developed at QUT.
