The Invertebrates & Microbiology Group Pipelines

Viewed: 1974

Bash and R pipelines from the Invertebrates & Microbiology Group to help make data analysis easy.

These pipelines were built to orginally analyse baculoviruses and are essentially wrappers for existing software but pre-optomised to help get rid of any guess work. The pipelines require various software to be pre-installed before running so it is essential that individual readme files are read and understood. If using the pipelines,  please cite them and cite the software it uses.
