REACH Project: Healthcare associated infections dataset 2019

These data were retrospectively collected for the REACH study, funded by the NHMRC GNT1076006, in 11 Australian hospitals, between 16 July and 30 November 2017. This single dataset is the complete record of hospital-associated Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) bacteraemia and Methicillin Sensitive Staphylococcus Aureus (MSSA) bacteraemia, Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococci (VRE) infections and Clostridium difficile infections (CDI) occurring between 1 May 2015 and 30 July 2017 at all participating hospitals.

Software used to analyse data: R, Microsoft Excel.
