Complete genome sequence of Helicoverpa SNPV Strains AC53 and H25EA1 from Australia

As part of research activity in the Ecology, Evolution and Diversity of Baculoviruses, two sequences: HaSNPV-AC53 ( Helicoverpa armigera single nuclear polyhedrosis virus, Isolate AC-53) and HaSNPV-H25EA1 (Helicoverpa armigera single nuclear polyhedrosis virus, Strain: H25EA1) were derived using 200bp chemistry, a 316 chip and assembled using BWA, CLC Genomics and BLAST.
