Survey of M-Services
A web-based survey was conducted with 250 people, 59% women and 41% men aged between 17 and 19 to 40+ years. The aim of the survey was to discover the factors influencing the use of m-services (mobile services) in the context of consumers' existing relationships with mobile devices; the type of involvement relevant to this consumption domain; and whether the personal attributes of innovativeness and self-efficacy influence use of m-services.
Data was collected by placing the survey in a prominent position on a university school's homepage. A number of email invitations were sent to staff and students directing them to the survey and requesting they forward the survey to others, especially those outside of the university community.
Survey data is in SPSS format and was analysed using SPSS Amos (structural equation modelling software).
