Human subject data for investigating peripheral refraction with an aspheric myopia control contact lens

Viewed: 239

The dataset was provided in corresponding to the figures in the online publication version of the article, “Nasal-temporal asymmetry in peripheral refraction with an aspheric myopia control contact lens”.

The sheets were named with the figure numbers.  The first sheet (Figure 1) contains the data which compares the peripheral refraction with multifocal contact lenses between two studies from the literature.

Sheets Figure 3, Figure 6 and Figure 7 show results related to the power profile of the NaturalVue contact lens off- and on-eye, which were used for the peripheral refraction modelling.

Sheets Figure 8, Figure 9, Figure 10 and Figure 11 show comparison of peripheral refraction (spherical equivalent and horizontal astigmatism) measured during the study with two different instruments and three different pupil sizes for one of the instruments.

Sheet Figure 12 shows the horizontal pupil diameter without a lens and horizontal optical zone diameter of the contact lens on the eye.

Sheets Figure 13 and Figure 14 show the peripheral refraction comparison between the clinical measurements and theoretical modelling.
