Imaging prostate tissue lipids using isomer-resolved mass spectrometry

Viewed: 1255

Data sets associated with the main text figures and supplementary information for the Fronteirs in Endocrinology publication "Isomer-Resolved Imaging of Prostate Cancer Tissues Reveals Specific Lipid Unsaturation Profiles Associated With Lymphocytes and Abnormal Prostate Epithelia".

Data has been divided into primary folders, with labels referring to the relevant main/SI figure. Data folders will include raw data files generated by the analytical instruments (see METHODS section within the publication for more information), text files of specific data extracts,  and image file types for microscopy and MALDI-MSI.
